Information We Automatically Collect

   - Identifiers and Device Information

When you use any of our services, we automatically collect certain information about you, including your browser type (such as Chrome, Safari) and language, time zone settings, region settings (country/region and preferred language), query date and time, cookie data, device identifiers, including iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA), iOS System Vendor Identifier (IDFV), Android Advertising ID, and information about your device, including type and model, manufacturer, operating system (such as iOS or Android), carrier name, screen size, orientation, audio, battery, device memory usage, settings, and boot time.

We also collect information about how your applications, browsers, and devices interact with Frame Flash, including your Internet protocol address, crash reports, system activity, and the date, time, and referring source URL of requests.

 

- Usage Data

We automatically record your activities on Frame Flash, including data related to events with different applications (e.g., app activation, clicks, purchases, downloads, playback, viewing, series ratings, duration of use, likes, favorites, shares, and searches (including searching for videos or keywords), purchase history, recharge records, bonus information, series feedback analysis, and improvement settings, as well as other detailed information about your use and operation on Frame Flash.

When you log in from multiple devices, we will be able to use your profile information to identify your activities across devices.

4. Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing

Frame Flash uses your data to fulfill the contracts we have signed with you, enable our services, process your transactions, communicate with you, and comply with the law.    - To use user content as part of our advertising and to promote marketing activities for Frame Flash.

   - To analyze our services to improve your experience.

   - To verify whether parents and guardians consent to minors using Frame Flash, and minors making payments through payment procedures.

   - To facilitate your purchases within our services and verify your real name for creating your payment account.
